Heavy psiball.

I spent 20 minutes on a psiball today and by the end of it it felt like a weight in my hands. It was freaky. I kept passing it from one hand to the other and feeling it getting heavy, and I even knew when it had got stuck to one hand because the weight wouldn't pass to the other hand. Weird shit. I was pleased. Does this mean I'm getting better?

I'll keep you updated, it's possible we'll have a post again tonight after mine and Alex' telepathy practice, recording results or lack thereof.

Just thought I should post that, it seems quite big. I've never done it before. =)
